Roadmap

Pay and change your plan yourself

Pick a plan, see how many AI points and gigabytes the team has used, download the invoice and cancel without writing to us.

Nazar leads a studio of seven. Two new people join on Monday, and he wants to add them to the Team plan, see how many AI points the team burned last month and send the invoice to the accountant. Today each of those is an email to us and a wait for a reply.

A workspace budget should be as readable as the workspace. Storage, seats and AI points are three numbers; a person running a team should see them on one page and change them without asking anyone.

One page for seats, points and invoices

Nazar will open the plan page, add two seats and see the price change before he confirms it, including from which day it applies. He will see points used per person this month, download the invoice as a PDF and, if the studio ever winds down, cancel without writing to anyone. A downgrade that would leave the team short of storage will warn him first.

This is ahead; today paid plans open by writing to us, and self-service follows the AI notebook because the points you would pay for are still being built. The payment provider, final prices, taxes and renewal rules have to be confirmed before any of this goes live, and this website cannot take a payment today.

What is in scope

This is ahead; right now paid plans are opened by writing to us, and self-service comes after the AI notebook because the points you would pay for are still being built. On the plan page you will see the current month’s usage per person, what a change costs and from which day it applies, and whether a downgrade would leave the team short of storage. The payment provider, final prices, taxes and the renewal rules have to be confirmed before any of this goes live, and nothing on this website can take a payment today.

Where it stands

This direction is in the plan but not in development yet. We will write here when work starts and when there is something to try. Until then there is no date, and we would rather say so than guess.

If this direction matters to you, tell us about the task behind it. A concrete situation changes what we build more than a vote for a feature does.
