What Kartoteq can do.
Notes and files, AI that works inside one notebook, shared notebooks for a team, and a graph of how everything you saved connects. Seven pages, each with a scene from life and the steps in the product.
Honestly, most note apps are good at one thing: putting text in a box. The trouble starts afterwards. A plot photo is in the phone, the useful part of an AI chat is in a browser tab, the contractor’s estimate is in email, and the decision you made last month is in nobody’s head.
Kartoteq is built around that moment. One notebook holds the sources, the discussion and the current result for one goal. Below are the pieces that make it work, each on its own page, with the real actions you take in the product.
Three ways to work with the same notebook
Some notebooks are just a place to keep things: links, photos, the three paragraphs from a chat that were worth saving. That mode spends no AI points. Others have a goal, and AI interviews you, proposes sections and helps turn the sources into a brief or a plan. And when there are hundreds of notes, Second brain draws the connections between them, including the ones you forgot you made.
You can switch modes at any time. Turning AI off does not delete anything.
AI that reads only your notebook
Write down the goal, answer a few questions, put the sources in, and get a result document instead of the last message in a chat.
